Founded on the Isle of Man in 2025 by Rob Massey, the group takes its name from the Japanese word for clarity – Kiyosumi

Rob is committed to empowering individuals and small businesses with his experience. Graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics in 1997, Rob built a foundation of expertise through roles at a globally recognised international consultancy and within leading investment banks in London. This experience was further enriched by involvement in large property development projects and a successful career as an entrepreneur and investor.
Rob’s diverse background from property development to financial market options trading, his multi company leadership provides a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the challenges clients face.
Recognising the growing complexity of modern finance, he specialises in providing bespoke digital asset reporting solutions for private individuals, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance in this evolving landscape.

Jackie is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Association of Tax Technicians. Initially, she began her career in 2006 with KPMG, working in audit for six years. Jackie then served as a financial accountant for a publicly listed gold drilling company, providing expertise within finance and capital management. After accumulating valuable experience within these roles, Jackie ventured into tax practice, dedicating three years to mastering the complexities of taxation for both individuals and businesses.
With more than 17 years of experience in finance, in 2021 Jackie founded Sierra Accounts. Jackie's expertise are not just confined to traditional accounting, in today's rapidly evolving financial ecosystem, Jackie has embraced two increasingly relevant specialties: forensic accounting and cryptocurrency. These areas are often clouded in complexity and we pride ourselves in offering clarity to our clients with real-time insights that modern businesses need.
